At Crafty Mom Creations, each item is handmade and customized with care specifically for your order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following policy in place
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom and personalized items are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns ,or exchanges on custom orders unless the items arrives damaged or incorrect.
Other Issues (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at craftymomcreations.co@gmail.com
Please Include:
- Your order Number
- Clear Photos of the items and packaging
We will review your request and ,if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.
Turn Around Time
All items are made to order. Our current processing time is 7-14 business days (not including shipping time.) This may vary during holidays or high value periods.
Shipping
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Please Ensure your shipping address is correct at check out as we are no responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or personalized items
- Worn or used items
- Items without original condition or packaging
